This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and SarayuVibes LLC governing your use of the Memo application software.

1. License Grant
   The software is licensed, not sold. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Memo for personal, non-commercial use.
2. Restrictions
   You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sublicense, or resell the app.
3. Ownership
   All rights, title, and interest in the software remain with SarayuVibes LLC.
4. Updates and Changes
   We may provide updates, enhancements, or new features, including paid features.
5. Termination
   This license terminates automatically if you violate this agreement.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
   The software is provided “as is” without warranties.
7. Limitation of Liability
   To the maximum extent permitted by law, SarayuVibes LLC shall not be liable for damages arising from use of the software.
8. Governing Law
   This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
